This two-year packaged degree allows you to select and complete 2 Master's of Business in just 2 years.
The Master of Applied Finance will provide you with an advanced understanding of one of two specialisations: Investing or Financial Services over 1.5 years. For a 2 year study option, you can opt to complete the Master of Applied Finance (Investing & Financial Services).
You will study the theory and practice of financial management and gain an understanding of the global financial system. Additionally, competing approaches to corporate governance and business ethics will be developed, and you will learn how to provide protection against portfolio, financial and corporate risks. Investing focuses on investment and portfolio management, whereas Financial Services focuses on financial institutions, as well as bank management and lending.
The Master of Business allows you to be the Master of your degree, choosing the subjects that are of most interest to you and of most relevance to your career. You will be equipped with fundamental business knowledge and skills through a set of core subjects, as well as a research capstone.
