Yes. Students will graduate with the same University of Wollongong qualification and complete the same accredited UOW program, delivered to the same academic standards.
No. This is a change of location only. Course content, learning outcomes, assessment standards and the UOW qualification remain unchanged.
The Sydney CBD campus will continue to accept new enrolments up to and including Trimester 1, 2027. Students commencing from Trimester 2, 2027 onwards will study at the location where their course is offered, which for most postgraduate business programs will be UOW Liverpool.
Students who commence in Trimester 1, 2027 or earlier will be able to continue their studies at our Sydney CBD campus and will be supported to complete their program.
Students whose study plans change, for example through a reduced study load, leave of absence or failed subjects, may be impacted and should seek advice early so appropriate study arrangements can be discussed.
Whilst many postgraduate business degrees will transition to Liverpool, some courses will only be offered at Wollongong.

Students commencing from Trimester 2, 2027 onwards will be contacted by UOW regarding the appropriate study location for their course.
UOW will support affected students directly, including issuing updated offers and assisting with CoE amendments where required.
Yes. Where a CoE update is required, UOW will work directly with the student and agent to ensure the necessary documentation is issued.
We recommend the following wording:
"UOW postgraduate business courses previously offered at UOW's Sydney CBD campus will now be offered at UOW Liverpool or UOW Wollongong. Students will complete the same UOW qualification, in the same accredited program, delivered to the same academic standard, from an established UOW campus. "
Agents should contact their UOW representative for advice on specific courses, applications, offers or student cases. Course-specific study locations will be confirmed individually to ensure students receive accurate information.
